Top Questions
How should I prepare for my first treatment?
The best way to prepare for your first service with me is to book an initial consulation.
I'll be able to answer your questions about various offerings more in depth and we'll get a chance to know each other. We'll also go over your current situation, assess your needs and goals, then make up a plan from there!
What should I expect from my first session?
Expect your first session to be free flowing and adaptive as we learn to work with one another's energy in a healing space. Typicially, we will start each session with a quick check in- over a lovely beverage and we may talk more or less each session just depending on your current needs and your progress. You'll leave your first and every session afterwards with new resources and reccomendations to help support your wellness.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?
The work that I do is best described as Complementary Alternative Medicines (CAM), and while holistic medicine does have amazing benefits for a variety of conditions, its best to use these therapies in conjunction with other healing treatments to ensure your health. My work can certainly help support terminally or chronically ill community members, and help reduce discomfort, but again, it should not be used alone and should not be used without consulting a regular provider.
Do you work with men?
Yes! My work is not exclusive to any gender or sex. Most, if not all of my offerings are there for the inclusion of both gender exapansive and cisgender clientele.
