Meet Me
Community care is my family legacy- with grandparents, aunties, cousins, peers and elders as my guides, I have been traditionally and professionally trained as a root worker, doula, birth assistant, community health worker, herbalist and now a student midwife. I've been studying and practicing complementary healing arts and traditional medicine since I was a child growing up in Osage Territory (Western Missouri), and offering my skills professionally since 2015. I am a mix of Gullah Geechee folks, Ozarkans and Bayou people, therefore my work uses Black Queer Feminist teachings and Indigenous guidance to apply Earth-based Ancestral practices that help Black and Indigenous people build relationships and systems that enable us to thrive outside of patriarchy and colonialism.

Everybody is travelling their own path and each on of us holds keys to our wellness and success...but sometimes we need a little insight and support to help us navigate our way or achieve the next step. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Alternative Healer, I work with you to restore your balance and empower you to thrive on your journey.
Initial Consultation
Let's connect and get to know each other! Our initial session is meant to create the foundation for our future work together, and to help me understand you as an individual, so I can craft my offerings to suit your needs. We will spend time discussing your background and history, as well as your specific needs and goals. This time together will help us both decide if working together would be a mutual fit.
